Accessing https://adiwolf.com (the “Site”) operated by Adi Wolf (Adi Wolf) constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree | please do not use the Site.
The Site provides general information about digital marketing, website design, organic and paid search, automation and related digital products. Content is for marketing and informational guidance only and is not legal, accounting, financial or other professional advice.
You agree to use the Site lawfully, in good faith and respectfully. Among other things, you must not:
All rights in the Site | including text, design, interface, code, logos, graphics, images, videos, brands and trademarks | belong to Adi Wolf or to third parties who licensed use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works or commercially exploit the content without prior written consent, except for reasonable personal viewing on the Site or fair quotation as permitted by law.
Site information, example pricing, case studies and service descriptions are not a binding offer and do not guarantee specific results (e.g. Google rankings, lead volume or revenue). Work engagements require a separate written agreement (or signed/approved proposal) defining scope, timelines, fees and responsibilities. If these Site terms conflict with a service agreement, the service agreement prevails for that commercial engagement.
Contact via form, phone or WhatsApp does not create a binding client relationship until we expressly accept. You confirm the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Marketing messages will be sent only with consent or as otherwise allowed by law, and you may opt out at any time.
We aim to keep information current and the Site available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or fully available access. We may update, suspend or remove content and features at any time without prior notice.
The Site may include links, embeds or tools from third parties (social networks, maps, analytics, payments, etc.). Their use is subject to those parties’ terms and policies. We are not responsible for external sites’ content, security or practices.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties express or implied beyond what mandatory law does not allow us to exclude. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adi Wolf is not liable for indirect, consequential, loss of profits, data loss or reputational harm arising from use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Adi Wolf harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs (including fees) arising from your unlawful use of the Site, breach of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights | to the extent allowed by law.
Processing of personal information on the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. Use of the Site also constitutes acceptance of that policy as updated from time to time.
These terms and use of the Site are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv–Yafo district, subject to any mandatory local venue that cannot be waived.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may update these terms; the revised version will be posted on this page with an update date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
